CLUB POLICY
Dress Code: Smart Casual (no trackie / trainers / baseball caps / hoodies)
There is a search policy - Until further notice, searches will be carried out by the door supervisors and club staff on a random basis. Refusal to such a search is your entitlement, however entry to these premises will not be granted. Any drinks, drugs or weapons found will be confiscated and in the case of drugs or weapons the police will be called out and your details passed to them. The manager’s decision is final. Thank you for your co-operation.
All un-authorised alcohol or food will be confiscated
All illegal drugs will be disposed of and your personal details given to the police (digital photographs may be used as evidence).
No drinks on the dance floor.
The door supervisors (sia registered) are employed to assist and advise, but also prevent crime, disorder and public nuisance. They have the power of arrest.
Example arrestable Offences: assault, offensive weapons or blades, criminal damage, drug related incidences and theft. |

It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18
It is an offence to obtain alcohol for a person who is under the age of 18
It is an offence to allow alcohol to be sold to a person who is drunk
It is an offence to obtain alcohol for a person who is drunk
It is an offence to have un-authorised alcohol on licensed premises
It is an offence to have illegal drugs on licensed premises
It is an offence to fail to leave the premises when requested
